Donald Trump has been advised to study Winston Churchill in a bid to win over the public in the presidential election race.
Former Fox News anchor Bill O’Reilly made the revelation during an interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Wednesday (23 July).
O’Reilly said: “Trump is a guy who is out there who is larger than life and he’s got a lot of energy. That’s his personality, he’s very pugnacious, a lot like Winston Churchill.
“When I spoke to Trump when he was making his decision this time around to run, I said ‘You ought to read Winston Churchill’s comeback papers on how he did when the British threw him out after World War Two’.”
