At a gas station in Sacramento, Kelvin Gooden, 43, and Jennifer Farmer, 44, weren’t voting. “I want change, but it doesn’t matter,” said Gooden. He said he needed $60 to fill his Mustang; he only had $40. Farmer said: “It’s just been so hard. I’m over it.”
